“I believe that every patient is the most important person seeking my assistance, therefore should receive my utmost attention to his/her needs, questions or complaints in the context of requiring health care and treatment. My approach is to engage the patient and establish a high level of communication by soliciting information from a patient as to their concerns, possible discomfort or pain that they may be experiencing.”
